Work the Mariner's Wheel

Men,

Last night we assessed where we’re at in the following areas in our life and whether or not we’re on the right course. If you didn’t share last night then you’ve got a week to do the following so you can bless us next Monday!

Word – are you reading and studying your Bible?
Prayer – I John 5:14-15
Worship – it’s what we’re gonna do in heaven so you better practice now!
Witnessing – Who puts a lamp under a basket? Let your light shine before other men.
Giving – For God so loved the world He gave His only Son…
Fellowship – even the Lone Ranger had Tonto.

Each one of these is a spoke on the Mariner’s Wheel. Time is short! So get your ship on course.

Be blessed,
tarik

Hello dearest of friends and brothers. I can't post much due to time constraints, but I wanted to let you know I miss you all and you're in my prayers as the Spirit leads. I'm living down in Camarillo now with 13 people in a community house and my schedule is shifting so I am hoping to have Monday evenings open once more and may be able to join you again. I hope all is well and you're finding yourself more in love with this Jewish man named Jesus each passing moment. A wonderful life we live, simply learning genuine love more each day and being apart of something far beyond us. Bless you all with love, joy and grace. May the Lord purify your hearts and give you each desires beyond what you could hope or imagine.

Learning genuine love,
Joshua Stutzman

T-dog and company:

I'd like to emphasize Tarik's comment on worship and fellowship. Worship: "practice for heaven". very true and slightly funny, I never thought of it that way... To add to that, worship is also a fantastic method of expression. And it's to a Father who unfailingly and graciously listens and comforts with open arms. It can be a warming and emotional experience that brings much joy. Secondly, fellowship: "the lone ranger had tonto." It's truly awesome to hear a Christian brother or sister's feedback knowing it's fundamentally based in the foundation of Christ's love and grace. Yeah, things get misconstrued, miscommunication is inevitable. That's life. But when you have the support of a believer, when you can hang with the gents and just be yourself, what a freaking joyous experience. Especially seeing as how it encourages transparency in the purest form. Bottom line, being a Christian isn't about what you can't do, it's about doing things that are more meaningful and joyous than anyone other than somebody who knows God could ever understand. So that's the common denominator. Joy. Cause i got the joy, joy, joy, joy, down in my heart: "where?" down in my heart! hahaha... ok, I'm out.
